Hughson Trucking Inc. (HTI) utilizes Shaw Tracking (Qualcomm Satellite) on all power units. This system enables HTI management and dispatch the ability to track and communicate with our entire field resources in the field. Fleet wide communications and tracking provide HTI with efficient 24 Hr cargo and asset management. HTI employs industry leading dispatch software (Truckmate) mixed with real-time satellite communications. These software suites function as a single integrated solution providing HTI with a system of data interchange between all business units, accounts receivable, accounts payable, HSE, dispatch, etc. From critical incident tracking to automated invoicing, all areas of our business interchange data allowing dynamic and efficient resource operations. Our platform allows for customizations to facilitate specific customer reporting requirements. “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI’s) are an integral tool available to HTI operations and management.
